Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

In the event of a conflict or buyer error, you may transfer your tickets to another patron.

Exchanges for another showtime may be requested via the box office (info@thedoverfoundation.org) a minimum of 24 hours before the first performance, subject to availability. Our volunteer ticket managers will do their best to help, but may not be able to accommodate your request. Once the show run begins, we are unable to process exchanges. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The Dover Foundation). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
